Menopause and perimenopause can cause many unexpected changes to the skin. The YOUN Beauty Menopause Bundle contains skin care products and supplements carefully chosen to support the health and appearance of skin through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
    1. Start the morning by cleansing your skin with the Green Tea Cleanser. Follow this up with the CE Antioxidant Serum to help protect your skin against free radical damage and Brightening Cream to improve the appearance of unwanted pigmentation. Then apply your favorite sunscreen (not included in this bundle).
    2. In the evening, cleanse with the Green Tea Cleanser, then apply the Retinol Moisturizer followed by the Peptide + Bakuchiol Moisturizer. Optional – if you’d like to apply Brightening Cream in the evening to more aggressively target unwanted blemishes, then apply before the Retinol Moisturizer or as desired.
    3. Daily to improve the health and appearance of aging of your skin and to support bone and joint health, mix one scoop of YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen into your food or drink or as directed by a physician. YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen is flavorless and can be easily mixed into smoothies, shakes, coffee, and hot tea. Also take four capsules of Skin and Hair Support each day, spreading them out over the day if desired.
