Q: How do I make an account?
A: You don’t need to make an account to order! Once you add items to your cart and arrive at checkout, you’ll have an option to create an account at that time.

Q: Can I cancel a subscription?
A: You can cancel a subscription at any time for any reason! Simply email us at support@younbeauty.com and request a cancellation! We will take care of it for you.

Ordering/Shipping/Returns

Q: Can I purchase YOUN Beauty or YOUN Health products over the phone?
A: We’re sorry, but we accept online orders only.

Q: I live outside of the United States. can you ship to me?
A: Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Q: I entered the coupon code for $20 off and it didn’t apply to my order. What can I do?
A: The coupon code only works once on your first order of $99 or more (before tax and shipping). If your order total exceeds that and your coupon still wasn’t applied, please email us at support@younbeauty.com.

Q: Why is my order showing “On Hold”?
A: If your order is showing “On Hold”, it likely means one or more of the items you have ordered is out of stock at that time, and our shipping company is waiting for more product to arrive. Once they receive more, your order will be shipped as soon as possible!

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: Depending on the location we are mailing to, we use both USPS and UPS.

Q: I haven’t received my order yet. When can I expect it to arrive?
A: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, and shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. If it hasn’t shown up after that time, please email us at support@younbeauty.com. *Please note: If you reside in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other territories outside of the continental United States, your order may take significantly longer to arrive, sometimes as long as 10 days or more, unfortunately.*

Q: What is your return policy if I don’t like the products?
A: You have 30 days from your purchase date to return the products for a full refund. See our full refund policy here.


Safety/Dietary Concerns

Q: Are your products safe to use for everyone?
A: Yes, all of the YOUN Beauty products are made with organic and natural ingredients and are safe for even those with sensitive skin.

Q: Is there a minimum/maximum age to use your products?
A: There is no minimum or maximum age to use YOUN Beauty products. Please see our PLANS to learn which products we recommend for your age group.

Q: I’m pregnant! Which skin care products should I avoid?
A: We recommend that you avoid all retinoids and active ingredients, but it’s important to speak to your doctor or OB/GYN about what to avoid when it comes to skin care!

Q: Are there fragrances in YOUN Beauty products?
A: We are happy to offer products without added fragrance or perfumes!

Q: Where does the collagen from the YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen come from?
A: The YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen is derived from bovine collagen. You can find more information about where we source our collagen HERE.

Q. Are your products Kosher or Halal?
A: No, they are neither.

Q: Do your products contain gluten?
A: They do not, but it’s always important to look at all the ingredients in each product to make sure they suit your dietary or health needs.

Q: Do you test on animals?
A: No, all of the YOUN Beauty and YOUN Health products are cruelty-free. However, keep in mind that the YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen is made from animal collagen.


Product/Supplement Specifics

Q: How much retinol is in your products?
A: The Retinol Moisturizer has 2.5%. The Retinol Eye Cream has 1%.

Q: How much Vitamin C is the CE Antioxidant Serum?
A: It contains a 20% solution of Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate.

Q: Is retinol only to be used at night?
A: We recommend retinol for night use only. However, the Retinol Eye Cream can be used during the daytime if sunscreen is applied afterward.

Q: Can I use the Retinol Moisturizer on my hands?
A: Yes!

Q: Can I use the cleanser to remove makeup?
A: Our Green Tea Cleanser is not formulated to remove makeup and should not be used on the eyes.

Q: Can I use the Retinol Eye Cream on my upper and lower lids?
A: We recommend only applying the Retinol Eye Cream under the eyes.

Q: Can I use the Brightening Cream in the morning and at night?
A: Yes! Apply this as your last step before sunscreen.

Q: In what order should I apply my products?
A: With your order, you will receive a product catalog. On the last page, there is a skin care protocol to help you learn when and in what order to apply the products you have.

Q: How do I know what supplement to take and when?
A: If you place an order for YOUN Health products/supplements, you’ll receive a supplement protocol with your purchase.
